LET EVERY MAN LEARN HIS DUTY
DUTIES:- lProvide direction, motivation and encouragement. YOU are the central figure between the stake/ward leadership and the consultants. Without you, the program will not function.
SUPERVISE:
- lOver-see and coordinate FH efforts in the ward
- Understand the basic program
- Motivate and encourage consultants to visit every member in the ward has access to a consultant.
- You do not need to do the duties of the Consultant
- Make sure the program is running as it should.

DIVIDE THE LIST:
- lHome Teachers and Visiting Teachers are assigned specific families and so should Family History Consultants.
- lThe ward list of families should be divided between the consultants so that each knows which families they are responsible for.
- lOtherwise they will never focuson which families to contact during the month
- lThe list could be divided by the HPGL or the consultants could get together and do it.
- lIt is critical that it be done.

RECOMMEND MEMBERS TO SERVE:
- lConsultants should be able to visit 10 families a year.
- lThe ward list of families should be divided between the consultants so that each knows which families they are responsible for.
- lOtherwise they will never focuson which families to contact during the month
- lThe list could be divided by the HPGL or the consultants could get together and do it.
- lIt is critical that it be done.

- Notify others about your consultants
